Hi, I'm Nikole Holm, a pastry chef based in Santa Barbara, California, with a passion for creating desserts that are as beautiful as they are memorable. This portfolio is a collection of my cakes, plated desserts, macarons, tarts, banquet pastries, and other creations that reflect my creativity, attention to detail, and continued growth in the kitchen. I hold a B.A. in Food Business Management with a specialization in Baking and Pastry from the Culinary Institute of America. This foundation has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to excel in the culinary world, particularly in the realm of pastry arts.
